Step 1:

Book a free 20 min discovery call to get the project scope and answer any questions.

Step 2:

1.5 hr. (mini) design consultation.

For the consultation session we will meet at the site to discuss in length your project needs and wants. I will provide my expertise, answer any questions, advise and/or recommend any resources you may need. A summary and mood board of what was discussed will be provided. A proposal estimate of additional work will be sent upon request.

Step 3:

Upon acceptance of the proposal estimate, a concept design package will be presented to include: concept board, sourced ideas, preliminary floor-plan, and preliminary budget.

Step 4:

Design development is where final details will be made on floor plans, selections of sourced product + materials, and trade/subcontractor quotes & resources.
